Complaints

The Spreets Customer Care team manages all customer complaints. 

Customers making a complaint or seeking a refund can contact the Customer Care team by submitting a request at Customer Care Requests. 

Spreets endeavours to acknowledge all complaints within 5 days of receipt of the complaint and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Refunds

Spreets offers a no-questions-asked refund on any voucher within 10 days of the purchase date.  This policy does not apply for product deals that involve the delivery of goods (i.e. where customers have provided their delivery details at purchase and the product is automatically shipped to the customer). 

Spreets will otherwise provide a full refund to customers as required by law.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund in the event that you purchase a Spreets voucher and any one of the following circumstances occurs:

• the voucher is unfit for its normal purpose and cannot be easily made fit for such purpose within a reasonable time;
• you purchased the voucher for a particular purpose but the voucher does not achieve that purpose and cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time;
• there is a major failure with the voucher as defined under the Australian Consumer Law and a reasonable consumer would not have purchased the voucher if they were fully aware of the nature and extent of the failure; or
• there are any other circumstances that amount to a major failure with the voucher as defined under the Australian Consumer Law.  

If none of the circumstances above has occurred, Spreets can elect to provide you with credit to the value of the voucher or give you a refund.

Gifts

Where a voucher has been purchased by one person and provided to another person as a gift, Spreets will require the account and credit card details of the purchaser in seeking to resolve any complaints directly with the recipient of the gift.

Terms and conditions

All complaints will be determined in accordance with the Spreets Terms and Conditions and the Fine Print of the individual deal.
